The strength of insolvency framework index measures the legal framework applicable to judicial liquidation and reorganization proceedings and the extent to which best insolvency practices have been implemented in each economy covered by the Doing Business. This index ranges has four components, the commencement of proceedings index, management of debtor’s assets index, reorganization proceedings index and creditor participation index.
